Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t right, you can return it within 15 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

To qualify:

Your item must be in the same condition as received — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

How to Start a Return

 within 15 days of receiving your item.

Once your request is approved, we’ll provide:

A return shipping label, and

Clear instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, Wrong, or Defective Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us right away so we can evaluate and resolve the issue promptly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Refund Process

If approved:

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your current item. Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days without justification. The item must meet the same return conditions listed above.
